BIM Lead - London - Contract - £40-£55/hr

The Role:
Our client Highways England is looking to recruit a BIM Lead to work on a contract basis for a period of 12 months+ based in London EC3A.
Your duties may include:
Capture key decision points, and information requirements.
Capture specific standards, methods and / or procedures.
Respond to the employer's information requirements within a BIM Execution Plan.
Check and report on compliance to the project standards, methods and procedures.
Analyse BIM strategic and operational projects and tasks, establish priorities, resources and plans for each.
Promote BIM and its defined project uses across the project team.
Deliver parent company project governance requirements.
Delegate, motivate and empower individuals and teams.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced BIM Lead.
You should ideally be degree qualified or at least have numerous years relevant experience in a similar role.
You will have knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
You will have excellent communication skills - written and oral.
You should also have excellent people skills.
