The Role
Our client, based in Manchester, provides a wide range of building consultancy services through fully qualified and experienced consultants and surveyors.  
These services include mechanical and electrical services, design, condition surveys and feasibility reports and providing evidence and professional expertise in an expert witness role.

Duties
As a BIM / CAD Technician your role will include:
Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Plumbing,  Architectural, Structural, Civil, etc.
Update of design models.
Setting out drawings.
Creation of as-built drawings for completed works.
Development and continuous improvement of standards, method and procedures.
We are looking for candidates looking to expand their knowledge on multiple platforms such as AutoCAD, AECOSIM, BIM, Amtech, REVIT, MicroStation, ProjectWise.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced BIM / CAD Technician.
Ideally qualified to HNC / HND or Degree standard.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
