Building Services Design Engineer; 6mth plus contract London Euston 
KEY SKILLS; Building Services, Rail, Mechanical, HVAC, pipework, HEAVACOMP

The Role: 
Our client requires a Building Services Design Engineer to work on the production of mechanical building services designs predominantly for Railway Stations and other Railway Buildings.
Role includes the design of pipework including heating, cooling, hot and cold water systems.
The design of ventilation systems including general ventilation systems
The election of plant and equipment items based upon designs produced including but not limited to Air Handling Units, Fans, Pumps, Pressurisation Units, Boilers, Heat emitters, Chillers, Ductwork and ductwork ancillaries, Pipework and pipework ancillaries.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Building Services engineer qualified to Degree/HND level in Building Services Engineering.
You will have previous experience of working on projects in the rail sector
You will be conversant in the operation of the HEVACOMP software package for the preparation of calculations including cooling, heating, heat loss, heat gains and ventilation etc.
