Building Services – Project Manager; £425.00 / day, 8 month contract – Aberdeen
KEY SKILLS: Project Manager, Building Services, M&E, Refurbishment

The Role:
Building Services Project Manager to work on the refurbishment of an Aberdeen landmark building.
The project includes the undertaking of a dilapidation survey and refurbishment work to M&E services in the existing building.

Duties Will Include:
You will be responsible for the management of sub-contractors and direct labour on site.
Management of the M&E team to deliver the project to the time, cost, quality targets and standards.
Ensuring safety targets and standards are maintained.
Attendance and coordination of meetings including progress meetings with client.
Some weekend and out of hours working will be required by sub-contractors and labour so there may be a requirement to supervise on some occasions.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Building Services Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical with a relevant project management qualification such as APMP.
You will have experience of the refurbishment of M & E services to buildings and previous project management experience on M & E refurbishment projects.
A valid SMSTS, CSCS & first aid certificate is essential.
