3 x Building Surveyors for conditional surveys of Local Authority housing stock
Key Skills; Building Surveying, Conditional Surveying.

The Role:
Housing stock conditional surveys on 1000 Local Authority properties. The survey and data collected is to cover the following survey types: 
Full Stock Condition Survey: to include photos, remaining life expectancy of components
Provision of Data: All data captured is to be collated into a format suitable for importing into clients Asset management Database system KEYSTONE. This would typically be done via an excel spreadsheet in a KGI (Keystone Generic Interface) format.

The Candidate:
Experienced conditional surveyor from the building / housing surveying sector.
Able to communicate with occupants in a polite and professional manner.
Excellent skills in record keeping and supportive photographs and report writing
