3 Month Contract for a Building Surveyor based in London helping deliver the Council's ambitious disposal, acquisition and regeneration programme; c£24/hour

The Role:
Exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced surveyor work in a busy council property department.
Duties will include visiting several properties, photographing a vacant site, searching planning and land registry records, writing briefing notes, setting out heads of terms, and detailing options for a newly declared surplus property.

The Candidate:
Member of relevant institution (RICS/equivalent).
Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Good presentation skills.
