Building Surveyor required for 3 Months+ Contract at Lancashire County Council 
KEY SKILLS; Building Surveyor, Local Authority, CAD

The Role:
Our client Lancashire County Council requires a Building Surveyor to undertake property and land surveys and valuations. You will be required to plan/oversee building work, write technical reports and identify building defects and offering advice about remedial work.

The Candidate:
You must be a Building Surveyor with minimum HND/HNC qualification.
You will have preferably worked on Local Authority schemes.
You should have experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
You should have good CAD skills.
RICS desirable.
