Ongoing contract opportunity for Building Surveyor at Enfield Council - c£23/hr 
KEY SKILLS; Building Surveyor, Building Maintenance

The Role:
Our client (Enfield Council) requires an office based building surveyor to join the team on an ongoing contract basis. The Building Surveyor will engage in specification writing, diagnostic skills, post and building maintenance. The role typically involves responsive pre and post-inspections and will work closely with our clients’ building contractors, tenants and all stakeholders.
The position is working 36 hours (9-5 week). 

The Candidate:
You will be a Building Surveyor with project supervision and building maintenance experience. 
You must be HND/HNC qualified or have 5 years equivalent experience in building industry.
You will have knowledge of Excel, Word and Databases. 
You should have excellent diagnostic skills.
You must work well within a team and have strong technical and organisational skills. 
You should have a current driving licence and have use of a car.
