Building Surveyor required for conditional surveys of corporate buildings – London (Enfield Council)

The Role:
Conducting life cycle replacement assessment of building assets- to survey the building structure and fabric. You will be collecting data on assets using a tablet and providing estimated remaining life expectancies and costs to replace. This will be done via a pre-populated survey programme. The sites are corporate buildings.

The Candidate:
You will have experience of undertaking Condition Surveys in Corporate Buildings.
You should be able to communicate with occupants in a polite and professional manner.
You must have excellent skills in record keeping and report writing.
