The Role:
Our client (Liverpool Council) requires a Building Surveyor to assist in providing support and advice in the management of the Council’s commercial estate. You will be involved in the preparation of dilapidation notices and will assist in the management and monitoring of the Council’s disposal and acquisition programmes, providing valuation services. You will negotiate settlements of Compulsory Purchase Orders.

The Candidate:
You will be a Building Surveyor with experience of Acquisition and Disposals.
You should be a member of a relevant institution with a degree/formal qualification in Building Surveying.
