Exciting 5 month contract for a team of Building Surveyors working on conditional surveys across Europe; Flights, Accommodation & Food provided
KEY Skills; Chartered or BSc, Building Surveyor, Conditional Survey, Structural Surveys Applicants must be able to get SC Clearance

The Role:
Over 2000 accomodation blocks located in Cyprus, Falklands and other locations in Europe need conditional, structural surveys completing by December. We are seeking a number of Building Surveyors to work in small teams of 1 Chartered Surveyor and a small team of degree qualified surveyors. 
You will mainly be recording defects and conditional issues by photographs, sketches and written reports. You will be travelling from base to base and will need to be flexible and available for the duration of the project.

The Candidate:
You will either be a Chartered or a BSc qualified Building Surveyor.
You will have previous experience of conducting and accurately recording conditional surveys of buildings, relating to offices and accommodation type structures.
