We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director with a focus on obtaining Independent Connection Provider (ICP) certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance within the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead the process of becoming an Independent Connection Provider (ICP), including obtaining the necessary certifications, accreditations, and approvals from regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with ICP requirements, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory agencies to navigate the ICP certification process efficiently and effectively.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of energy infrastructure projects, with a focus on meeting ICP standards and quality requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business growth and expansion in the ICP sector.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ICP certification and energy infrastructure development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the energy sector, with a focus on infrastructure development and certification processes.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards related to electricity distribution and ICP certification.
Experience with obtaining regulatory certifications and approvals in the energy industry is highly desirable.
