CAD Technician; Long term Contract 12 months; Manchester Central; Rate £22-£28/hr Ltd Co

The Role:
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced CAD Technician to work on a number of high-profile projects, assisting with and producing outline and detailed CAD drawings for new cycle projects and new infrastructure.

Duties to include:
The development of CAD drawings and standards for projects within Highways, Civil Engineering Projects including Drainage, using AUTOCAD. 

The Candidate:
You will be a CAD Technician ideally qualified to ONC/HNC level in a relevant subject and have experience /understanding of the Civil Engineering, Highway or Construction industries.
Previous experience working as a CAD Technician on Highways related projects desirable.
You will possess excellent IT skills together with knowledge and experience in the operation and use of CAD software applications relevant to Highway design and maintenance.
Experience of contract management and site experience desirable
