6 -month contract for a Chartered Building Surveyor preparing tender documents on NHS Estates – Based in Bristol with UK travel. Rate: £Neg (IR35 In-scope)

The Role: 
This post is to support nationwide projects for the NHS, preparing tender documents, specifications, ITT documents and contracts.
You will be providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals. This role will require the applicant to travel to sites throughout the country. P21 (P22), NEC 3 and JCT knowledge should support this role.

The Candidate: 
You will be a Chartered Surveyor 
MRICS or MCIOB 
You will have a strong understanding of building processes, design, specification writing and procurement.
