4 month+ contract for a Civil Quantity Surveyor working on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase on the Great Western Mainline Upgrade;Newport;  £Negotiable 
KEY Skills: quantity surveying, pre- contract, pricing, civil 

The Role:
Civil Quantity Surveyor with vast civils experience to work on TGW rail upgrade Project
General commercial management and quantity surveying duties during an ECI / Pre-Contract stage (pricing works, negotiating with Subcontractors, establishing budgets) 

The Candidate: 
Qualification/Certification: Degree qualified preferred 
Must have both change and cost experience
Able to liaise at all levels and be collaborative. 
Must be able to manage Sub Contracts
Looking for Commercial experience in the Region of 5 years.
