Civil Site Supervisor

Oversee construction works, manage teams, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily Safety & Environment Tours.

- Input into Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments.

- Monitor performance against program and KPIs.

- Chair Short Interval Control meetings.

- Validate labor and plant records.

- Communicate weekly program updates.

- Identify and mitigate potential hazards.

- Ensure proper maintenance of plant and tools.

- Implement a culture of Right First Time.

- Report Non-Conformances and maintain workmanship levels.

- Complete Quality Toolbox Talks and utilize QA tools.

- Understand project scope and prevent scope creep.

- Maintain awareness of legislative changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong communication skills.

- Current driving license, CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid.

- Experience in resource allocation and subcontractor management.

- Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Company Protocols.

- Ability to analyze risks and prioritize effectively.

- Familiarity with construction tolerances and material wastage allowances.
