Clerk of Works; 6 month contract; Rate c£40.00 / hour; Norwich
KEY SKILLS: Clerk of Works, Civil Supervisor, Highways, NEC contract

The Role:
Our client seeks an experienced Clerk of Works to work with a Site Supervisor on an NEC contract to ensure that work is carried out to the client's standards, specification and schedule.
The site is based in the Norwich area and thwey are ideally seeking local candidates.

Duties:
Ensuring that work is carried out to the client's standards, specification and schedule.
Good working knowledge of health and safety and safe working.
Be vigilant in inspections of a large range of technical aspects of the work.
Keep detailed records of various aspects of the work, which you will put together in regular reports for the architect or planner and the client.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Clerk of Works with a good working knowledge of health and safety.
You will have experience of inspecting a large range of technical aspects of site works on civil engineering and / or highways projects.
You will have the ability to keep detailed records of various aspects of the work to be in-putted into regular reports for planning and the client.
Candidates need to be physically fit for this role.
