Ongoing contract opportunity for a Commercial Estates Surveyor to be based in Wrexham on local authority commercial estates 
KEY SKILLS; MRICS, Valuation, Surveying, Leasing agreements, Land Lord & Tenant Act

The Role:
Assisting the Wrexham Council team on estate management matters, including negotiation of lease surrenders, new lettings, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals. You will be required to ensure proper compliance with the requirements of covenants, insurance requirements and Health and Safety legislation.

The Candidate:
MRICS or 10 years experience.
You should have experience of property valuation surveying and agreements for Landlord and Tenants.
You must have knowledge and understanding of the Land Lord & Tenant Act. 
You will have good customer liaison skills.
You should have your own mode of transport.
