Commercial Manager - London - Duration 9 months - Rate c£400-£480/day umbrella

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Network Rail in order to recruit a Commercial Manager to work on a 9 month contract in London.
As a Commercial Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
Assessing the existing commercial landscape and looking at the impact on programme delivery. Designing and implementing approaches which ensure effective delivery of the right outcome for the department. Leading on supplier integration with regards to relationship and cost impact upon the department. Clarifying the ability to terminate current contracts, working with programme finance leads to understand impact and realisation of any potential benefits. The ability to renegotiate existing contracts. Managing the impact of existing commercial financial models. Acting as primary point of contact between the incumbent supplier(s) and the department.
• A charted quantity survey background/post contract experience is essential
• Able to manage change and contract change for NR12 (FCC target cost knowledge)
• Financial reporting experience
• Able to negotiate and manage change & contract matters and claims
• Internal reporting
• Network Rail governance process – ideal
• Multi-discipline
• Project Management
• Commercial experience
• Telecoms – ideal
To manage 1 large project worth 30 – 50 million consisting of telecoms, design, supply and install to various stations for customer information screens, speakers and security systems.

Candidate:
You will be a Commercial Manager with at least 5-10 years exp.
Network Rail experience advantageous.
