Commercial Officer - c£430/day Umbrella - Duration 6 months - Andover & Home Working

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment are working along side the MOD in order to recruit a Commercial Officer to work on a 6 month contract. work location is Andover but there will be some home working.
As a Commercial Officer your responsibilities and duties may include:
 
Working within a commercial team to deliver programme objectives. 
Supporting colleagues to achieve targets in relevant time scales. 
Developing successful working relationships with external suppliers. 
Contributing to procurement and contract strategies. 
Compiling and issuing tenders. 
Administering contract amendments. 
Providing commercial advice and guidance to the wider business. 
Ensuring all procurement activities are within budget.
Ensuring all activity undertaken is in line with government regulations and best practice.
Tendering & Contract management experience - essential.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Commercial Officer.
You should have at least 5-10years experience in a similar role.
OJEU experience would be advantageous.
