The Role:
M&E (Building Services) Commissioning Engineer to join a major project in Southwest Scotland on the commissioning of Building services.
Duties will include the commissioning of all building services including: Plant Rooms and distribution systems for Chilled Water, Hot Water, Main Air intake/extract, Potable/Non Pot Water, Condensate, Water Recovery, Domestic Hot Water and Clean Water systems and HVAC systems.


The Candidate:
You will be an experienced M&E Commissioning Building Services Engineer with a minimum of 5 Commissioning experiences on Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and associated Plant and equipment.
You will need to have proven experience with balancing and commissioning Heating, Cooling & Ventilation systems to the CIBSE commissioning Codes of Practice and the BSRIA Application Guides for Heating, Cooling and Ventilation Systems.
Proven background with BMS / building services systems.
Experienced with TREND or PRIVA.
