Compliance Engineer - Leeds/North - Home Based - Contract - £230/day

The Role:
Undertake site surveys utilising mobile technology.
Develop and present project design proposals to a client following the external brief.
Prepare ready for tender specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules and contract documentation.
Issue in conjunction with the client contract documentation to tender, adjudicate and recommend appropriate contractor to meet project requirements.
Our client is a Building Services Consultancy, who require a Compliance Engineer to join their team.
You will be based from home in the North of England with a hot desk and facilities available in Leeds.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Compliance Engineer with design experience in addition to site surveys, commissioning and modifications.
Ideally you will have experience conducting compliance related surveys, feasibility studies, designing, specification, project management & commissioning.
