The Role:
3 Construction Managers - Work Packages required to lead and deliver work packages within a major project on the Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.

Work packages fall into one of the following areas:
Site Establishment
Infrastructure Improvements
Construction Services

Duties
You will manage and control the delivery of work package(s) of work as defined by the Project Manager in either Site Establishment, Infrastructure Improvements or Construction Services to ensure the scope of work definition will satisfy the project / package requirements.
Development of plans, schedules and control of work information for defined packages, integrating with the wider project(s).
To develop, monitor, forecast and report against budget.
Undertake stakeholder management in relation to defined tasks.
Ensure all works are planned and managed in a safe and appropriate manner.
 
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Construction Professional, qualified to degree/HND level with prior experience of leading and delivering construction work packages within a complex multidiscipline environment.
You will have proven experience of managing teams and of working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role may suit Client Construction Mangers or Project Construction Managers with experience of delivering packages of work in the following areas Site Establishment, Infrastructure Improvements or 
Construction Services .
