Construction QA Engineer - 12 month+ Contract　– Lower Thames Crossing Project London – £Neg
KEY SKILLS: Construction, QA Engineer, Audit, Health and Safety, CDM,

The Role:
To be a project champion in delivering quality, assurance and governance.
Participate in the development and maintenance of the yearly project audit schedule .
Identify and highlight risks to the Governance, Assurance and Quality Manager.
Support the project staff in the closure of non-conformities / deviations.
Assist in internal and external auditing; highlighting observations for further improvement.
Support in reviewing and monitoring contractor’s and/or other supply chain company’s quality management systems by participating in auditing, inspections and training work alongside all specialists as required.

The Candidate:
Demonstrable experience in quality management.
Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 9001, 14001 and BS OSHAS 18001.
Previous experience of working in the tunnelling industry or a major road investment.
Experience of working in an NEC 3 contract environment.
Experience of working in government & quasi-government projects.
