The Role: 
Our client Magnox requires Cost Engineers at Trawsfynydd, Berkeley, Winfrith, Bradwell, Dungeness and Sizewell to deliver an effective cost engineering service. You will be responsible for conducting full and detailed SPI, CPI variance analysis and subsequent root cause analysis.  You will prepare project Funding Change Proposals (FCP) and supporting information, working with the supply chain Cost Engineers to support cost accuracy, variance understanding and reporting.

The Candidate: 
You will be a Cost Engineer with significant cost engineering experience within a relevant project environment.
You should have a relevant professional qualification (ACMA, ACostE Incorporated Level) 
You should hold membership of a relevant professional body.
You will have demonstrable knowledge of Earned Value Management and reporting techniques.
You will have experience in developing activity budgets and forecasts for complex projects.
You must have knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts and start up work processes.
You will have relevant nuclear industry experience.
