Cost Engineer - London - 8month Contract - £30-50 per hour

The Role:
The operation of the cost Management systems and integration with the Schedule Management systems on a daily basis for Tideway. This includes; Production of earned value information, aligning cost & schedule updates; Cost collection / interim valuations / payments; Forecasting and Budget Monitoring (against multiple budgets); and Support to Change and Risk Evaluation.
Work in EcoSys and Excel to ensure consistency and alignment of data and updates, especially with respect to Earned Value data and indices.
Evaluate and consider HSSE and CDM (Construction, Design and Management) by the virtue of robust preparation, planning and execution of works
Support preparation of Change Control Requests.
Support preparation of Risk Evaluation from a cost viewpoint.
Produce cost trends.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Cost Engineer and qualified to - Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business or Construction management.
You will have competence with cost management systems (such as EcoSys), Advanced  knowledge of the significance and meaning of Life Cycle Costs.
