Long term contract opportunity for a Development Control Technician, based in Stockport.

KEY Skills; Development Control, Highways, drainage, sewers, housing.

The Role:
Review and check design solutions for road and sewers, foundations, drainage and proposed levels for technical approval submissions and procurement packages.
Ensure S38/278/104 technical approvals / agreements are progressed & finalised.
Development and preparation of information for handovers on site completion.
Manage adoption of highways & drainage schemes for the Local Authority on completed sites.

The Candidate
Previous experience in Section 38 new developments
Interested in applicants from either drainage, Housing or Highways background
