Document Controller: excellent contract opportunity to work on TWUL Major Projects
KEY SKILLS; Document Controller, Document Management


The Role:
Our client requires a Document Controller to manage and implement the TWUL Information Management strategy and document control policies. You will have close coordination and liaison across site project management teams and functions including engineering, stakeholder/consents, commercial and HSSE. As Document Controller, you will organise and administer the TWUL Major Projects information management system by setting up new users, monitoring entry of all documents into the system and ensuring integrity of coding and system content. You will receive and register documents and correspondence through the document control system and provide support to the TWUL Major Projects team. As Document Controller, you will quality assure documents and data received and transmitted through the CDE and ECM systems. 

The Candidate:
You will be a Document Controller with experience working with a project document database team in an electronic collaboration environment. 
You should have significant programme/Document Control experience in the construction industry.
You will have knowledge of document management processes and procedures.
You should have strong proficiency in use of MS Office Applications, project extranets/intranets and databases – Assai, Asite and Sharepoint 2010 experience preferred.
