EC&I Technician - Torness Power Station - 12months - £22-£28/hr

The Role:
Our client, CNS, is looking to recruit a EC&I Technician to work on a long term contract based at Torness Power Station EH42.

Your responsibilities / duties will include:
Support site operations, minor maintenance, repairs and modifications to the Graphite Core Inspection Equipment. 
Support the Torness Re-furbish Spares program. 
The role will primarily be based at Torness Nuclear Power Station but there will be requirements to support other station within the EDF AGR Fleet which will require being based at for period of time at a alternative station and shift working. 

Competencies Required: 
Recognised Training Scheme or Apprenticeship (i.e. NASEC/CITB/Company Training Scheme). 
Successful completion of current IEE Regulations Training (eg C&G 2382-10 or 2382-20) (as appropriate). 
Site Installation/Maintenance experience (preferred) in Nuclear Industry/Power Generation. 
CCNSG, Safety Passport. 
Will be expected to complete the following training if not already qualified: 
Nominated Competent Person E&M. 
Competent Person NR.

The Candidate:
You will be a EC&I Technician with at least 5-10 years experience.
You will have POWER STATION / NUCLEAR experience.
