Electrical Building Services Engineer - Warrington - 12 months - Contract - £33/£40/hr neg

The Role:
Our client in Warrington is looking to recruit an Electrical Building Services Engineer to work on a 12 month contract. Variety of projects including Aviation, Cities & Developments, Education, Energy, Transportation numerous company projects for MOD / BAE / Nuclear.

Your duties may include:
Specification and design of fixed and temporary low voltage electrical installations. 
Carrying out electrical power and lighting design calculations on fixed and temporary installations. 
Preparing technical specifications. 
Work in partnership with Atkins global design centre (GDC) to add value to building services projects where appropriate. 
Preparing drawings for drafting by the CAD team. 
Representing Atkins at meetings with clients and contractors. 
Site surveys, inspections and monitor site works. 
Report writing. 
Maintaining records and archives to company standards.

The Candidate:
Ideally you will be Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services 
Engineering or related subjects 
A Chartered Engineer with CIBSE/IET 
You will have a good level of computer literacy in Amtech, Dialux/Relux, NES and Microsoft packages. 
You will have experience working in a design consultancy and/or experience of working within a contractor environment. 
You should be able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. 
You will have good report writing skills, experience of making presentations.
