Electrical Site Supervisor - Operations: 12mth plus Contract; £27ph-£32ph. Dungeness

The Role:
Electrical Site Supervisor – Operations.
The role would suit an Electrical Site Supervisor/Engineer with both Site and Health and Safety experience.
The role will involve working with a team of engineers and technicians in the completion of cradle to grave installations and modifications to plant and systems.
You will be heavily involved in Health and safety issues, record any problems encountered during the site works and, in conjunction with relevant parties, ensuring the impact on the project is minimised.

Duties will include:
Be fully conversant with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and understanding the responsibilities placed upon them.
Liaison with Staff Representatives to resolve problems and/or disputes.
Ensure that only Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) are set to work.
Ensure that work is undertaken in accordance with the prescribed Quality Planning associated documents and related legislation.
Ensure that sufficient and suitable records of progress, by way of Daily Log and Labour Returns, are produced and submitted to the Cavendish Nuclear Site Management in a timely manner.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor or Electrical Engineer with a good knowledge of site Health and Safety and ideally be qualified IOSH or NEBOSH.
Site Installation/Maintenance/Engineering experience (preferred) in Nuclear/Power Generation
You will have undertaken an appropriate accredited training scheme / HNC in relevant discipline
CTC Security Clearance
Demonstrative experience of previous work (EDF work beneficial)
IOSH Managing Safely
Ability to work in a heavily regulated, Safety Critical Environment
