Electrical Technicican / Fitter; 12 months + Contract - £25.00/hour (umbrella) – Didcot

KEY SKILLS: BS7671, Nuclear, Electrical Supervision, Maintenance

Electrical Technician / Fitter required to join a Maintenance team at Magnox – Didcot to undertake a variety of Electrical maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager including undertaking and coordinating electrical installation activities.

"Shift role 12 hr shifts

3x12 hr day shift wk 1

2 x 12 hr + 2 x 12hr night wk 2

3x12 hrs night wk 3

Shift rota on 3 week cycle.

The Candidate:

You will be an experienced Electrical Technician / Fitter ideally time served and qualified to ONC or equivalent in a relevant electrical subject.

In addition, you will have:

• Knowledge and experience of Electrical Systems

• Knowledge of BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations – latest Edition)

• Experience of building electrical systems, fire, lighting, small power, IT/Telecoms, BEMS systems, control loops (especially for ventilation control) and control systems (PLC, speed control) is desirable

Candidates: will need to able to obtain Baseline Security clearance or will hold current SC Level Clearance.
