Engineering Manager / Senior Project Eng - Duration 12months - Rate c£63/hr Umb - Cumbria/Warrington/WFH.

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Sellafield Ltd in order to recruit an Engineering Manager / Senior Project Engineer to work on a 12 month contract in Cumbria, Warrington and some WFH.
As an Engineering Manager / Senior Project Engineer your responsibilities and duties may include:
 
Input to ALPHA engineering delivery strategies. Scope definition and specification. Identification and management of risks. Definition and co-ordination of product verification activities. Delivery of design solutions in line with legal and site licence requirements. Stakeholder engagement. Design resource strategy.

CDM – Pre-construction Information, Health & Safety File, Design Risk Assessment.

Useful but not essential
Familiarity with SL Design Process and Management systems
Ability to manage Design Teams ( including supply chain)
Knowledge of Alpha / Alpha Decommissioning Design

Minimum 7 years within the previous 10 years working in roles where knowledge of engineering design was a key attribute. In addition, the last 5 years will have been working within a regulated and quality assured system (preferably nuclear) in roles where professional engineering judgement is the key attribute.
Familiarity with CDM regulations and duties.
Capable of meeting the requirements for a P4 pass.

Preferred:
Experience of nuclear decommissioning projects.
Experience of project delivery on the Sellafield site.
Monitored or Classified worker.


Candidate:
You will be an experienced Engineering Manager / Senior Project Engineer.
You will have at least 5-10years experience.
You must have nuclear project experience.
