The Role:
Estates and Facilities Deputy Manager to advise on Estates and Property matters. 
The role is professionally and operationally responsible for the overall delivery of strategic estate plans to ensure that all office environments are safe and professional for staff and visitors and are compliant with legislation and NHS requirements.
The Estates and Facilities Deputy Manager will work with staff and the clients Facilities Management contractors to provide a focal point for enquiries covering facilities management and estates matters across all sites where clients staff are working.  
Main Duties:
Delivery of strategic estate plans, project management of office changes and moves
steering all ad-hoc facilities management related queries to a suitable conclusion, providing professional and specialist advice relating to facilities management issues.
ensuring that client meets the sustainability targets set and leading the development of this agenda for the client.   

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Estates and Facilities Manager ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
You should have good experience stakeholder management and of working in a customer/quality focused environment
Experience of writing business cases, managing projects and activity in a multi-agency setting and comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2 and Microsoft Project is required.
Previous health sector/public sector experience desirable
