Estates Surveyor; Lincoln; 12 months Contract; Rate £Negotiable (Umbrella)
KEY Skills: Negotiation, Utilities, Flood Risk, Acquisition and Compensation

The Role:
Looking after various operational projects, you will manage a diverse land portfolio and be involved in the acquisition and compensation programme for major capital works.

Duties will involve:
As an Estates Surveyor, you will be involved with some large construction projects where you will be given the opportunity to use your influencing and negotiation skills.
You will be involved in wide range of work, including our national flood risk programme, looking after various operational projects, managing a diverse land portfolio and be involved in the acquisition and compensation programme for major capital works.

The Candidate:
You will demonstrate a history of working as a Surveyor in the capacity of Estates Surveyor with either a MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
You should have knowledge of utilities, working with a public body with statutory powers.
Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to negotiate.
