Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are looking to recruit a Commercial Estates Surveyor to work initially from home on a 7 month contract, then based at Catterick working for the MOD.
As a Commercial Estates Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include;
Provide specialist guidance to operational teams in order to influence compliance with Agency, policy / legislation / best practice ways of working and contribute to the delivery of business plans. Keep up to date on changing legislation / best practice externally, to inform internal priorities and appropriate alignment. Contribute to the development of the Agency policy / process at national / local level and monitor and advise on effective implementation in the business, in line with targets. Lead or participate in projects, providing functional / specialist input to improve ways of working and business change _ efficiency. Build and sustain effective relationships with operational customers to understand issues and provide effective response / steer for operational needs. Mentor and coach others on policies, procedures, practices and techniques equipping them with the knowledge and skills to deliver their work in an effective and efficient manner.

The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for the delivery of an agreed programme of estate surveying outputs and advice across all customers, as allocated by the Senior Estate Surveyor. Main Duties to include Delivery of an allocated programme of commercial and general estate surveying services and advice to include: lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, bylaws and any other ad hoc land management issues as required.

Candidate:
You will be an experience Estates Surveyor.
You must be able to obtain BPSS Security Clearance, leading to SC.
You will have at least 5-10 years experience in a similar position.
