The Role: 
Estates Surveyor to work for the clients corporate property team to manage a portfolio of premises (predominantly offices and depots) and take responsibility for the administration of the clients obligations as an owner and occupier of . Role will involve working alongside the facilities management function and the property projects team. 
Duties will include: advising on property matters which are impacting on business delivery as well as supporting a wider estate transformation programme through the delivery of property transactions and disposals.

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Estates/Building Surveyor with a background of working with a professional property team.
You will have the experience and ability to work with autonomy and take accountability for advice and decision making.
You  will have knowledge in the following areas:
Delivering value for money, achieving commercial outcomes, collaboration & partnering. 
You will be able to demonstrate a strong level of capability in achieving results, effective communication and customer focus with colleagues, policy colleagues, and stakeholders.
Degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline 
Membership of RICS 
Successful candidates can be based at either York, Leeds or Nottingham.
