Estates Surveyor £345/day CONTRACT 6 months - SC Clearance

Client is MOD - CURRENT Security Clearance ESSENTIAL!!

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced MRICS qualified Estate Surveyor to work for the MOD.
The Estate Surveyor will be accountable for the delivery of an agreed programme of LMS outputs and advice to all customers, as allocated by the Senior Estate Surveyor.
Main duties include the delivery of an allocated programme of LMS (estate surveying) services and advice covering lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, bylaws and any other ad hoc land management issues as required.

The Candidate:
You will be a Estates Surveyor with at least  2-10 years experience.
Professionally qualified - MRICS.
You should have experience of MOD projects, Land Management Services (LMS) , including accommodation and the training estates.
As the Estates Surveyor the projects are delivered via in-house service delivery teams of chartered surveyors and experienced technical support staff, with support from industry partners.

Current SC Clearance is ESSENTIAL.
