Estates Surveyor – circa 5 month contract, £320 / day,  Andover, Hampshire
KEY SKILLS: Estates Surveyor, Lease Management, Rent Reviews

The Role:
A general practice Estates Surveyor to manage the Ministry of Defence's tenanted estate and to provide other general estate management and surveying services.
The role is based in Andover, Hampshire primarily working with the Wessex Team in Andover but also covering the wider southern geographical area.

Duties:
You will undertake lease management, rent reviews, debt collection for sites in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Dorset.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced and professionally qualified Estates Surveyor with experience of lease management and undertaking rent reviews.
