KEY SKILLS: Estates Surveying, Land Management

The Role:
Estate Surveyor to join the MoD Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) responsible for the management of the military estate.
The team are accountable and responsible for the delivery of prioritised & agreed regional (UK and Overseas) work programmes & projects.
The team deliver comprehensive estate surveying and subject matter expert service to all areas of Defence Infrastructure Organisation business; this includes accommodation, the training estate, in the UK and overseas, and external stakeholders.
You will join an in-house team of Chartered Surveyors and experienced technical support staff.

Duties will include:
Professional estate surveying and land management casework providing professional advice to MOD customers and other stakeholders.

The Candidate:
You will have full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or have a relevant land management degree, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
