The Role:
Experienced Estates Surveyor to deliver estates surveying on a mainly urban operational estate

Duties will include: 
Delivery of an allocated programme of estate surveying services and advice to include: Landlord & Tenant - lease management, granting & acquisition of leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, occasional use licences; valuations; wayleaves; easements; damage claims; bylaws; Town & Country Planning advice; estate rationalisation; minor disposals; and any other ad hoc land management issues as required. 
Provision of Professional Estate Surveying / Land Management casework and professional advice to MoD Customer and other stakeholders

The Candidate: 
You will be experienced Estates Surveyor ideally with of RICS OR have a relevant Land Management degree have a minimum of two years’ experience.  

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via a tax compliant Umbrella Company.
