The Role:
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO is responsible for the management of the military estate. Land Management Services (LMS) are accountable and responsible for the delivery of prioritised and agreed work programmes, projects against the DIO Business Plan and support of Military Capability.
LMS deliver a comprehensive estate surveying, subject matter expert service to all areas of DIO and MoD business and estate users.

Duties will involve:
Primary duties will be inclusive of delivery of an allocated programme of commercial and general estate surveying services and advice;
Lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, bylaws and any other ad-hoc land management issues as required.

The Candidate: 
You’ll have full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or a relevant Land Management degree, as well as two years’ post-graduate experience.
Recent employment history would ideally include projects within the Ministry of Defence.
You must be eligible for, or possess BPSS clearance.
