Estates Surveyor - £550/day - London - Contract - 12months+

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced MRICS qualified Estate Surveyor to work on the MoJ’s £1.3bn prison Estate Transformation Programme
Duties to include:
Site finding / identification
Identification of land for potential disposal
Potential detail for Land Development 
Town Planning
Achieving best value from land and building Disposals
Strategic Asset management in addition to Stakeholder engagement

The Candidate:
You will be a Estates Surveyor with at least 10 years experience
Professionally qualified - MRICS.
Have experience of HIGH VALUE projects - we are looking at £1.3billion!
Our client is The Ministry of Justice - so CTC is ESSENTIAL!!
