The Role
Our client, Babcock Naval Services, are looking to recruit a Facilities Engineer - Electrical to work at Devonport Plymouth.

The role involves/duties may include:
As Responsible Engineer for Electrical Systems; ensure systems are designed against a clear statement of compliance with defined Requirements, including demonstration that the design meets relevant Health Safety & Environmental and specified Nuclear Safety requirements.
Design of high and low voltage electrical distribution systems;
Design of control & instrumentation systems;
Design of communications and data systems;
Design of electrical building services;
Substantiation of SIL and high integrity systems for justification of Nuclear Safety functions.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Facilities Engineer.
You should have at least 5-10+years experience in a similar post.
You will be ideally degree qualified or Chartered.
You must have  EXCELLENT communication skills, both written and oral.

Note: you will ideally hold current SC level clearance, however, candidates who have the ability to obtain SC level clearance within a short period of time will be considered.
