Facilities Manager; 3mth + Contract; Hampshire; c£262.0/day Umbrella

The Role: 
Estate Facility Managers required to work with the MoD (Defence Infrastructure Organisation); site teams, regional programming teams and the Supply Chain to prioritise, chase, review, validate and progress work through the client’s approval process. 

In addition, other duties may include; 
Undertaking VFM (value for money) assessments and providing assurance that works meet the client’s commercial requirements.
Providing assurance of service delivery and statutory compliance of the estate.
Providing key stakeholder engagement and feedback on industry partners delivery. 
Performance management to ensure that the industry partner is providing the correct level of service against agreed indicators. 
Issue resolution to ensure that site-based delivery issues are resolved.

The Candidate:
You will ideally have 3 to 5 years 3 to 5 years facilities or estates management experience and a proven ability in developing relationships with key stakeholders. You will ideally have a CIOB/RICS/BIFM qualification or evidence of on-going professional development and have knowledge of mandatory and statutory building compliance. 

Full UK driving licence is essential as the role requires travel to sites across the SW region to provide support where required.
