Facilities Manager – Construction; 3 months+ Contract; Salford; Rate c£500.00/day (Umbrella)

The Role:
Facilities Managers (Hard) required to support the clients Property & Facilities Management team, with expertise in FM services. You will be supporting the team during a major business transformation programme. 
This includes ensuring that facilities throughout the UK are ready for the day to day operations from site establishment for construction/building works to identifying gaps in business continuity from an accommodation perspective whilst the business are moving people to accommodate works. 
Additional duties may include:
Establishment of property resilience requirements e.g. generators, welfare facilities etc.
Establishment of Minor Civils and building works

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Facilities Manager with experience of Hard Facilities experience including knowledge and experience of minor construction and building works. 
You will have knowledge of Professional &FM market, suppliers, commercial models and value levers. 
You will have experience of working and delivering in Property & FM and will have an understanding of main forms of contract (e.g. JCT). 
As facilities are throughout the UK you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle. 
Successful candidate must have or be able to obtain BPSS - Baseline Personnel Security.
