Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager (SC Cleared); 10mth contract Cambridgeshire; Facility and infrastructure Maintenance works, repair and minor new works.
Key Skills: Maintenance, Minor new works, SC Clearance Essential


The Role: 
As Facilities Manager you will have responsibility for liaising and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders in a multi discipline environment requiring good verbal and written communication skills
You will be responsible for taking client work requests, overseeing work carried out, QA, signing off work, this will include managing small construction projects. 

Specific duties will include: 
Management and procurement of repairs & planned maintenance
Refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects 
Entering details of works in computer databases
Track, monitor and update work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are being met
Responsibility for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate compliance and assurance

The Candidate:
You will be SC Cleared
You will be experienced in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) or Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) environment encompassing facility/ infrastructure maintenance, repairs, inspection of minor new works & small projects
You will be qualified to ONC construction or engineering discipline. (B&CE or M&E)
