FEA Engineer: 6 month contract based in Wiltshire

The Role:
Our client (MOD) requires a proficient Hyper mesh user to generate complex meshes and run them within explicit finite element analysis. You will assist our client in their understanding of blast and fragmentation effects on a variety of platforms and environments. You will support the SD team in producing complex meshes and other team members in mesh generation. As FEA Engineer, you will provide adhoc advice and technical support to projects across the ground.

The Candidate:
You must be a FEA Engineer with 3 years+ experience in producing complex meshes for finite element modelling. 
You will have experience of Hypermesh and numerical simulation using LS-Dyna.
You should have an Engineering or Physics degree.
You must have SC clearance.
You should have experience within field of Blasts, Ballistics and dynamic events. 
You will understand the dynamic response of materials at high stain rates.
