The Role: 
Our client Magnox requires a GIS Technician to be based at Winfrith in Dorset where they are undertaking decommissioning and restoration. You will collate and enter data of routine and non-routine land quality information including maps, diagrams, photos, numerical data and technical reports. Using ESRI’S Arc GIS software you will carry out routine mapping work and spatial interrogation and analysis. 

The Candidate: 
You will be GIS Technician with GIS qualification or from a geology, environment or engineering background.
You must have experience in application of GIS to land quality and environmental management.
You will have good computer software skills including databases and spreadsheets.
You should have good communication skills.
