The Role:
To provide management and delivery of a number of complex, high demand estates projects simultaneously throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside region.

Duties:
To provide strong project and programme management to multiple significant, complex estates projects simultaneously.
To manage services delivered to budgets and service levels including buildings maintenance, corporate services, space planning, utilities and procurement of engineering operations and maintenance services.
Liaise with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Implementation and delivery of Health & Safety and other statutory requirements ensuring the organisation complies with current legislation.


The Candidate:
You will have a masters in facilities management (or equivalent qualifications and experience).
You will have extensive experience of delivering complex estates projects on time, to quality standards and providing value for money.
You will have experience of working in a complex environment that is undergoing substantial change and experience of implementing innovative ways of working.
You will have managed a significant and highly complex transactional budget and will have experience of negotiating leases, memoranda of occupation and other accommodation contracts.
You will have good knowledge of Health & Safety and other estate related legislation and you will have experience of ensuring an organisation monitors and meets its statutory obligations, addressing breaches and improving delivery where appropriate.
Knowledge or experience of government sustainability requirements and Greening Government obligations is an advantage.
